GENERAL GOALS
1.To focus on ‘student learning’ and to make it the main motivator of our professional learning community by imparting the curriculum (academic & religious)to cater to the needs of all diverse learners.
2. To ensure that all members of our school community understand that ‘academic learning time’ is a key variable to reach the goal of ‘improved student learning.
3. To create an environment that enables both students and the staff of the school to experience success, feel safe and secure and develop a sense of love and belongingness.
4. To provide support, guidance and opportunities for growth and development of a community of professional leaders and learners.
5. To promote a culture of collaboration by all constituents of the school (administrators, teachers, other staff, students, parents, friends) that will generate synergistic energy and enthusiasm to achieve our shared goals.6. To share our class rules practices to provide the opportunity for members to give and receive feedback, contributing to their learning and development.
7. To ensure that students grow and develop holistically.8. To provide sufficient facilities, equipment and resources to facilitate the attainment of our goals.
9. To ensure that all individuals are energized by the new vision and mission and that this energy become contagious.
